It's important for investors to understand that the Notes issued under the Ford Interest Advantage Program are unsecured debt obligations of Ford Motor Credit Company LLC. They are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, guaranteed by Ford Motor Company, or considered a bank account. Additionally, the Notes do not meet the diversification or investment quality standards for money market funds set forth in the Investment Company Act of 1940.
The Notes offered through Ford Interest Advantage are only available in the United States. This means that the app is only accessible to users within the country. It's also important to note that this does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to invest in the Notes in any jurisdiction where it is not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.
U.S. citizens and resident aliens with a U.S. Taxpayer ID, such as a Social Security number, are eligible to apply for the Ford Interest Advantage Notes.
Prior to investing, it's important to read the prospectus in the Registration Statement and other documents filed by Ford Credit with the Securities and Exchange Commission. These documents can be obtained for free through EDGAR on the SEC website or by calling 1-800-462-2614. This will provide investors with a more complete understanding of Ford Credit and the Ford Interest Advantage Note program.
